1899 MUSCHICK, KRAUTZ

A late arrival, compared her Muschick cousins, who came to the USA in 1856, born:

 

Marie Anna MUSCHICK, 22 Dec 1866 in DRACHHAUSEN.

 

She left for America March, 1899, at 33 years of age. The original Muschick family and 3 of Martin Muschick’s children had moved on to St. Anthony by this time. Marie Anna may have first stayed with her cousin Mary MUSCHICK GULLICK, who was still living in the area, in a small town outside Fort Madison, VIELE, IOWA

 

St John UCC in Fort Madison shows her marrying Wilhelm Friedrich KRAUTZ, Sr, carpenter, 5 May 1891, with Wends William KULLOWATZ and Anna BARTELL as witnesses.
